Barranca 6 Inch Diamond Cab Combo Workshop
This very popular six inch combination saw/grinder unit makes it ideal for those who want the finest in a compact, precision gem making unit. The highest engineering standards have been incorporated into this combination polisher/trim saw unit. The independently operated operated fingertip control valves located on top of the hood, meter the water to deflectors that spread water the entire width of the grinding wheels and expanding drum. Plastic tubing with fittings, concealed under the hood, connects the independent control valves to a brass on-off water valve located in the rear of the unit. A cast aluminum base supports the unit. Adjustable tool rests are included. The unit has 5/8" rubber mounted bearings, sealed and lubricated for life. The Cab Workshop comes complete 80 & 170 grit diamond wheels, 6" x 1-1/2" rubber expandable drum, diamond belts (400, 600, 1200, & 3000), 6" convex polishing hub, 6" leather and Poly-Tex polishing pads, 6" x .020 x 5/8" 303 Diamond blade, 1/3 HP motor, adjustable stainless steel motor mount, Micromite diamond compound (8,000, 14,000, & 50,000 mesh), 8 oz. bottle of Tool Cool, 3M feathering disc adhesive, base board, GFCI switch and submersible pump.

	The #495 unit has the same basic features as the #494. However, the silicon carbide wheels have been replaced with 6” x 1 1/2” 100 and 220 grit metal bonded diamond grinding wheels. In addition, a 1200 grit diamond sanding belt and 5 each 400 grit silicon carbide belts are included for the expando drum. And, for polishing on the leather disc, a 5 gram syringe of 50,000 mesh diamond compound with a 2 oz bottle of extender fluid (thinner).
