How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping charges are based on your total order. The weight of the package(s),
and the locaton(s) we will be shipping to are the main factors that determine
the rate. We will be more than happy to calculate or estimate these charges
for you when you place your order. You are also welcome to email for shipping
rates prior to placing an order. We have no hidden shipping or excessive
handling charges. We charge you what our carriers or shippers charge us.
We pass our discounted shipping rates on to our customers. We do everything
possible to keep your shipping charges as low as possible. When ordering
through our Secure On-Line Ordering system you will have your choice of
shipping options and charges prior to your final check out step. |

How will my order be shipped?
We utilize UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service and Ground Freight shipping.
Some larger equipment items are shipped factory direct. 95% of our customer
orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service. We offer Next Day, 2nd Day,
3 Day Select, and Standard Ground services. Orders shipped through the
US Postal Service are normally sent Priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Some of the larger equipment items are required to be shipped Ground Freight.
Truck shipments are usually shipped "Freight Collect". If you have an account
with UPS, Federal Express, etc., and would like us to use your shipping
account number, just let us know when you place your order. |

How soon will my order be shipped after placing
an order?
98% of the orders we receive during the year are shipped within 24
hours. Orders received by 10 A.M. Arizona time, are usually shipped that
same day. Larger equipment items are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
Note: During the holiday season, Nov. & Dec., it can take apx.
1 - 4 business days to process orders due to the high volume of orders
we receive. |
