	For producing flat surfaces easily there’s nothing like an oscillating lap! Our redesigned laps use a precision shaft-driven offset that produces a true orbital action of over 1300 cycles per minute. Get flat, smooth surfaces on geodes, bookends and slabs quickly and quietly, without the bounce and splash of ordinary vibrating laps. Our innovative elastomer support system eliminates all of the old-fashioned lap parts - no more springs, balls or cables! The heavy gauge welded steel frame provides great stability and won’t walk around on the floor or bench. Includes cast aluminum grind and polish pans. **Covington Vibrating Flat Laps**
The vibrating flat lap is designed to abrade and polish automatically. The inertia of the heavy rock slab holds it relatively still while the lap pan vibrates underneath. This action replaces the circular rotation used by conventional lapping machines. Our new design and grooved plate gives you faster cutting. Bumper ring prevents gemstone damage. Pad insert enables work piece to be polished in the same pan. One thumb screw releases pan for easy cleaning. Comes complete with 110V, 60 HZ motor, polish pad, bumper ring, instructions and guarantee.

**Raytech Hustler 15 Deluxe**
For polishing slabs, clock faces and geode halves.
Hustler 15 cuts faster than 10" laps and has 2-1/4 times as much working area. A smoothly sawed slab or geode can be ground and polished in 3-7 days. Adjustable thumbscrew provides convenient 10-second leveling while the motor is running. Pan is quickly removable for easy cleaning. Note: You get a 5% - 10% capacity bonus with every Raytech Vibrating Lap. A 15" Raytech lap is 15" in diameter inside where the work is done. Not outside as with laps from other manufacturers.
